Where your tokens are
Tokens are placed on roads by the ChainLane team. Drivers collect them by driving past; each token can be collected the number of times shown, then refills on request.
Your reward & offer
What a driver gets when they redeem the points they earned at your tokens. This is what drivers see on your token card and on the Home page.
Current token video
When a driver taps your token, this plays first (full screen, Skip button), then your offer card shows. It's also the one in the drivers' feed. The quickest way to update it: Posts → Create video. One current video per location; up to 60 seconds / 120 MB.

Validate a driver's reward
The driver opens Rewards in ChainLane and shows the QR. Scan it with this device's camera, or type the code under it. Each code works once and only at your business.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your tokens are credited automatically within a minute of paying, then the ChainLane team places them on the roads you choose.

Your page link
This is your ChainLane page. Put it in your Instagram/TikTok bio, print the QR by the register, send it on WhatsApp. Anyone who opens it sees your offer, video, posts and reviews, with an "Open in ChainLane" button.
Create video
Tap Create video, record (up to 60 s), post. It becomes your token's current video: drivers see it first when they tap your token, it's the one in their feed, and it's on your page. Each new video replaces the last one as "current"; older ones stay on your page as posts.
Your videos
Every video you have ever recorded or uploaded to ChainLane - posts, the token video from My Tokens, and your ads. The one marked Current token video is what drivers see when they tap your token and in the feed. Tap Make this the current video on any other one to switch.
Your posts
Posts show on your card, your public page and the driver feed (newest 10).
Chains reviews
Drivers rate you 1 to 5 chains. Only drivers who redeemed a reward at your business can review — every review is a real visit. You can reply once to each. To hide a review that breaks the rules, email chainychainlane@gmail.com.
How ads work
Upload a video (1 minute max) and tell us where you want your ad token — a listing, a job site, an event. Your video also plays in the drivers' feed. You pay per view, from a pack you buy up front. A view = one driver, one day: they watched 5+ seconds at your token, or tapped Details / Navigate on your video in the feed. The same driver tomorrow is a new view (that's a driver who keeps coming back). Replays the same day are free. Nobody earns points from an ad. When your views run out the ad pauses until you top up — views never expire.

Request your token spot
Tell us where you want your ad token. Type the address (or tap the map), add a note if you like, then tap Request this spot. The ChainLane team places it on the road, usually within a day, and you'll see it go live here.
