These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChainLane platform, including the mobile application, website at mychainlane.com, and business portal. By registering an account or using ChainLane, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ChainLane.
ChainLane is a location-based road rewards platform that places virtual token nodes on roads. Drivers using the ChainLane app collect points by driving near token nodes. Points can be redeemed for rewards offered by participating business sponsors. Business sponsors pay ChainLane to place token nodes near their locations and offer rewards to drivers.
To use ChainLane as a driver, you must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and have a compatible Android device. iOS availability is coming soon.
Driver access to ChainLane requires a monthly subscription of $10.00 USD, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@mychainlane.com.
ChainLane is designed to award points automatically without requiring driver interaction. You must comply with all applicable traffic laws while using ChainLane. Do not interact with your device while driving. ChainLane is not responsible for accidents, violations, or injuries resulting from use of the app while driving.
Businesses must register through the ChainLane business portal and provide accurate business information. ChainLane reserves the right to approve or reject business registrations at its discretion.
Business sponsors are responsible for honoring rewards when presented with a valid ChainLane QR code. Sponsors agree to redeem validated QR codes presented by drivers who have earned the required points. ChainLane is not liable for disputes between businesses and drivers regarding reward fulfillment.
Business subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, active token nodes will remain live until the end of the current billing period, after which they will be deactivated.

All content, branding, logos, software, and materials associated with ChainLane are the property of SmartblockAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute ChainLane materials without prior written permission.
ChainLane reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all accumulated points and rewards are forfeited and subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainLane and SmartblockAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ChainLane platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to ChainLane in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of ChainLane after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

ChainLane is designed to operate automatically in the background without requiring driver interaction. However, by using ChainLane while operating a vehicle, you acknowledge and agree that:
ChainLane relies on GPS and device location services to detect proximity to token nodes. GPS accuracy can vary based on device hardware, network connectivity, weather conditions, and urban environments. ChainLane does not guarantee that all token node interactions will be detected or recorded accurately. ChainLane is not liable for missed point awards due to GPS inaccuracy or connectivity issues.
Token nodes are placed and managed by ChainLane administrators based on business sponsor subscriptions. ChainLane does not guarantee the availability of token nodes in any specific location or at any specific time. Token nodes may be activated, deactivated, moved, or removed at any time without prior notice.
Rewards offered through ChainLane are provided by participating business sponsors. ChainLane does not guarantee the availability, quality, or value of any reward. Business sponsors are solely responsible for fulfilling rewards when valid QR codes are presented. ChainLane is not liable for a sponsor's failure to honor a reward.
ChainLane strives to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control. ChainLane is not liable for any losses resulting from platform unavailability.
ChainLane points and rewards have no cash value. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged outside the ChainLane platform. Accumulated points are forfeited upon account termination or subscription cancellation.
ChainLane integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Mapbox (mapping), and Supabase (database). ChainLane is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
ChainLane provides a marketing and rewards platform for business sponsors. ChainLane does not guarantee any specific number of driver visits, redemptions, or business outcomes resulting from participation in the platform. Results may vary based on token node placement, driver activity in the area, and other factors.
ChainLane reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, including pricing, point values, reward thresholds, and available features. ChainLane will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChainLane, SmartblockAI, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of ChainLane, violation of these policies, or infringement of any third-party rights.
